3) June is Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Pride Month! Celebrate this weekend at the 9th Annual St. Pete Pride Street Festival and Promenade. The parade begins at 9 a.m. in downtown St. Petersburg. It will run along Central Avenue between 21st and 28th Streets.

4) Are you taking part in the "Kick It To Cancer" benefit kickball tournament on Saturday, June 25th? If you can't make it, you can still help by donating to the American Cancer Society.
