Emergency Crime Watch Meeting: There is an Emergency Crime Watch Meeting tomorrow, Friday, Aug. 26 from 6 - 8 p.m. at the Gulfport Neighborhood Center (1617 49th Street S.). The topic of the meeting will be the proposed outsourcing of the police dispatch to the Sheriffs' Department.

3K Pet Walk Yappy Hour: Join SPCA Tampa Bay and fellow animal lovers for the 3K Pet Walk Yappy Hour at 400 Beach Seafood & Tap House in Downtown St. Pete tonight from 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. Help build excitement for the 3k Pet Walk in October and rally teams to set and reach their fundraising goals.
