Heroes Weekend Begins: Heroes Weekend kicks off tonight with a free concert at the Gulfport Casino Ballroom by The South Pasadena Band. The performance is titled "We Won't Forget." Doors open at 7 with the concert starting at 7:30. Admission is free. Cash bar.

Gulfport Police Department's Operation Santa: Do you need help putting presents under the tree this year? The Gulfport Police Department's annual "Operation Santa" program is under way. The department is now accepting applications for assistance through Dec. 2nd between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Monday through Friday at the Police Department. Each family’s head of household must bring photo identification, proof of Gulfport residence as well as the name(s) and age(s) of child(ren) living in the home. "The Constant Wife": This is the last weekend for "The Constant Wife" at the Catherine A. Hickman Theater in Gulfport. The Gulfport Community Players present the play tonight through Sunday.
