National Night Out: Today is National Night Out! Come celebrate and take a tour of the Gulfport Police Department at an open house tonight from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at 2401 53rd St S., Gulfport.

Meeting Cancelled: The Regular City Council Meeting is cancelled tonight to allow people to take part in National Night Out. The next Regular City Council Meeting is planned for Tuesday, August 16th at Gulfport City Hall.

Fresh Produce: As always the Gulfport Fresh Market offers up local eats and treats in downtown Gulfport. You can find hand made items, spices, baked goods, plants, flowers, local produce and more from 9 a.m to 2 p.m.

Little League Players Needed: Fall registration for the Gulfport Little League beings tonight at the Little League Field from 6 to 8 p.m. Check out the event listed on Gulfport Patch for details.
