County Meeting: The Board of County Commissioners will meet on Tuesday, Aug. 30, at 9:30 a.m. for a work session. School Board Meeting: The Pinellas County School Board will hold a regular meeting on Tuesday, Aug. 30, at 1 p.m. in the Conference Hall of the Administration Building, 301 Fourth St. SW, Largo. Board members will consider and take action on the appointment of and the employment contract for an Interim Superintendent, and other business of the School Board. Lower Power Bills: The Pinellas Energy Efficiency Project of Pinellas County Extension is hosting the first annual Pinellas Home Energey Symposium on Saturday, Sept. 24th from 9 a.m. to noon at Pinellas County Extension, 12520 Ulmerton Road in Largo.
