1. Get your fresh baked bread, Florida avocados, honey, cheese and more at the Gulfport Fresh Market today from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. (summer hours) on Beach Blvd. in downtown Gulfport!

2. Today is the second Tuesday of the month, which means it's Gulfport's Free Clothing Swap day! Bring your gently used clothing for vouchers to trade in today or at a future clothing swap from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. today just outside the Peninsula Inn, 3007 Beach Blvd. S. 3. Want to check out what goes on behind the scenes at the Gulfport Police Department? Take a tour on Tuesday, July 2, 2011 as part of National Night Out. Officers will be on hand with information and Chief Robert Vincent will be around to answer your questions.
