Pinellas County Mosquito Report: Pinellas County Mosquito Control now has a total of 18 St. Louis encephalitis and West Nile virus cases found in sentinel chickens in Pinellas County. Cases have been reported in Palm Harbor, Oldsmar, Seminole, Tarpon Springs, Clearwater and St. Petersburg. Help Needed for Fall Jubilee: The Pinellas County Historical Society is recruiting volunteers to assist at the 33rd annual Fall Jubilee, which will be held on Oct. 22 at Heritage Village in Largo.
