Homecoming Parade: It's Homecoming Week at Boca Ciega High School and tonight is the Homecoming Parade. It begins at 5 p.m. and travels through the City of Gulfport. Are you going? Make sure to share your photos with us at Gulfport Patch by emailing them to the Editor at cherlene.willis@patch.com.

Boca Ciega High School Grand Opening: Mark your calendars for the New Boca Ceiga Grand Opening this Friday at 4:30 p.m. There will be a tour of Building 1 followed by an Athletic Hall of Fame Induction in the CWMP Auditorium at 5:30 p.m. Senior Night begins at 6:30 p.m. with the Homecoming Varsity Game vs. Tarpon Springs High School at 7:30 p.m.

Halloween Events Tonight: Who likes dressing up for Halloween? What about dressing up and dancing? Oh, what about dressing up your dog and then going dancing? Ok, i'll get to the point. Tonight there's a Doggie Halloween Party and Costume Contest beginning at 6:30 in the Art Village Courtyard (with the contest at 7:30). And, the 10th Annual Halloween Costume Ball at the Gulfport Casino Ballroom. The event feaures "zombie styling" from 7 to 8 with dancing a parade and more until midnight.

Get Your Tickets: Tickets are on sale now for "The Life and Music of Cole Porter" at the Catherine A. Hickman Theater on Friday, Oct. 28 at 7 p.m. Tickets are $12 in advance and$15 at the door.
