Did You Miss The Meeting?: Did you miss the Gulfport City Council Meeting last night? Don't worry, you can watch the meeting online on the city's website. The video will be uploaded sometime today. As always, Gulfport Patch will have coverage from the council meeting later today.

Senior Center Food Pantry: The Gulfport Senior Center Food pantry always welcomes donations for Gulfport families (who qualify) and pets in need. Drop off donations during business hours Monday - Friday at the Senior Center.

Students Invited to Meeting: The Pinellas County Youth Advisory Committee will meet Wednesday, Oct. 5, 2:30 p.m. in the fifth-floor Commissioners Conference Room in the Pinellas County Courthouse, 315 Court St. in downtown Clearwater. Students, grades 9 to 12 who reside in Pinellas County are invited to join YAC as they plan events for the 2011/2012 school year. The YAC is launching a new signature project, extending the county’s successful Pinellas Citizen University program to high school students. The Oct. 5 meeting will be the perfect time for interested students to become involved. Find out more about YAC and Pinellas Citizen University.
