I see that my ex-husband, Paul Lewis Jenkins, was arrested on April 12, 2013 for Burglary with Battery (felony). We have children together and I would like to know how I can find more about this case. He claims it has been dropped. Is the file public info? I have a PPO on him but the police have not been able to find him so he can be served. He currently has visitation rights that he isn't exercising, but what if he shows up and wants to take them? I need this info to stop him from seeing them. I live in Michigan. Thank You!
