you were asking about pet peeves re: Gulfport and of coure l LOVE< LOVE< LOVE< my Gulfport....lived here 1943-46 and altho it took 50 yrs. to get back....l'm pretty happy about it....all but the 'new' sign in Clymer....great work but belongs nearer to the playground or in the beach sand east of the casino The old sign was CLASSY, this one is childish....my other wish is that the High School would return the Black Cursive 'Boca Ciega High School' letters outisde on the building with rotunda - great for taking class pictures because of the letters if up and the steps for lining people up for pictures etc. that corner looks SO bare and was always so nice looking....thirdly, l agree more people should keep their property as nice as they can, and if they can't afford to, encourage volunteers to help. l feel bad cause now l am old and cripple with cancer and could only do some organizing if you need me.
