SUPER BOWL --25 Million Casualties

Think about it. The word is 50 million wings will be served for the super bowl. At two per chicken that's 25 million poultry participants who gave their all for the game. Now that's dedication and sacrifice.

Unless, out there on the prairie where you can stand in a field and see the horizon, there is a large complex of brooder houses surrounded by a high fence with automatic gates and guards.

Inside the compound, a concrete block building and bunch of bungalow style houses. The block building houses a laboratory. The houses, living quarters for some scientists and engineers.

Could it be possible that they have found a way to genetically alter the chicken so it grows four wings?

Interesting. Could it fly or just hover?

Think of the savings. Fewer chickens, less feed, less chicken poop...well you get the idea, corporate efficiency at the max.

After all the 25 million chickens would also yield 50 million legs, thighs not to mention all of those breasts. Where does all of that go?

No one I know is serving chicken thighs for the Super Bowl.

All of this is very troubling.. I got so upset I bought ribs instead of chicken wings.

Then I got a call from my brother up in Indiana, who told me about a farmer friend of his who is growing some double bellied hogs.

Nothing is sacred.
