Gulfport Rising: A Book Signing & Celebration of Life

The Gulfport community has faced numerous challenges over the past year, and BMG is honored to host the second in a series of events celebrating the community's resilience as showcased in author and artist Lynn Taylor's cathartic and inspiring new collection of stories and art, Gulfport Rising.

Lynn will be on hand with copies of her book for sale, and impacted artists and writers will read selections of their work.We are also celebrating the memory of our dear friend, neighbor, and talented businesswoman, Melissa Loven, who owned Qi Crystal Energy and contributed to Gulfport Rising. In her honor, we will have crystals available for viewing and purchase throughout the gallery, and her contribution to the book will be shared aloud. 

BMG will also showcase the artistic works of several hurricane survivors, along with watercolors by Lynn Taylor. Join us for an evening of art, poetry, friendship, and community.
