County Live Streams Preparing to Survive Show
Find out what county officials will do if a disaster struck in their show Preparing to Survive, which airs on live stream Wednesday, Oct. 5.

The county is hosting a 30-minute show on preparing for a disaster that will live stream at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 5.
The show is part of the county's successful eSeries that discusses aspects of emergency preparedness.
"The series has been really successful. It's given people a whole new way to learn about hurricane preparedness. People are going on the site and watching the videos at their leisure. That's working out well," said Mary Burrell, county spokesperson.

"It's been a great vehicle for outreach," Burrell said.
If you’re interested in submitting a question to Iovino log-in and enter your question into the blog window. Only questions that meet the terms of participation will be posted. Due to the length of the program some questions may go unanswered during the show, but they will be followed up after.

Show will air on television on Nov. 2 and Dec. 7.
