Cooks must register by Jan. 25. Chowder must be prepared in advance and is expected to be served to the public. Please bring your own sterno-powered chafing dishes or gas-powered grills. Generators or tents will not be allowed.
There are no restrictions on ingredients, but a complete list of ingredients must be provided at your table for the safety of guests with food allergies.

Judging will be a blind tasting by local celebrities on the quality of aroma, consistency, taste and aftertaste. There also will be a People's Choice Award based on the most public votes cast at $1 per vote. (There is a limit on the number of public votes that can be purchased.)
