National MLK Drum Major for Justice Battle of the Bands

As part of the Martin Luther King Drum Major for Justice festivities, marching bands will perform at the 26th Annual National MLK Battle of the Bands and Drumline Extravaganza. This high-energy show will feature hip hop, R&B, soul and some old-school Motown songs. The bands hail from high schools and colleges throughout the southern U.S. They will all come together to honor and celebrate King and his legacy. 

The event will be held at Tropicana Field. There is ample free and paid parking at the stadium. Concession stands equipped with snacks and drinks will also be available on site.
