Be dazzled as a flotilla of lighted boats sails from Bayboro, in front of the Pier, near the shoreline in and around the Vinoy Basin, and back into Tampa Bay.
Starting time is approximate. Organizers say the best viewing is at the pier, Spa Beach (grandstand seating available), and along Bayshore Drive NE and 5th Avenue North.
