The City of Gulfport and Gulfport Historical Society have a packed Birthday Bash event that's sure to entertain people of all ages.

Calendars on Sale

• Cash: $5 for the brand new Historical Society Gulfport Calendar! It is a bonus 15 month calendar with the Gulfport event dates of October 2011 – December 2012.
• Cash donations are always welcome at the Gulfport Historcial Museum. The museum does not charge admission.

Antique Appraisals

• Cash and antiques: If you are an antique buff, this event is for you. If you think you have an heirloom of worth from great grandma, bring it to Scout Hallfrom 1 – 3 p.m., where professional appraisers from The Gate House will value your Antiques for $5.00 per item or 3 items for $10.00.

Furry Friends

• As always animals are welcome in Gulfport. The Dog Parks are located in the Chase Park area. There are two fenced in areas, one for small dogs and one for large dogs. Hours are 7 a.m. - 9 p.m. For more information about the City of Gulfport Dog Park Rules, check out the city's website.
