Experience not one but two sinister haunts located on the 5600 block of Newton Ave S. Guests are asked to donate $2 per haunted house. Donations will benefit the Gulfport Little League and Fire Explorers Post 945. Organizers are also collecting new and gently used children's books for The Christmas Toy Workshop of St. Pete.
When: October 21, 22, 28, 29 & 31 from 7:30 - 9:30 p.m.

Gulfport Halloween Decoration Contest
Decorating your home, haunted house or business for trick-or-treaters? Make sure you enter your spooky home into the Gulfport Recreation Division's contest by 12 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 24. For more information about registering, check out "Do You Have the Spookiest Home or Business in Gulfport?"
Gulfport Halloween Decoration Contest Trolley Tour
Check out the contest entries by riding on the City's trolley and judging the scariest homes, haunted houses and businesses in Gulfport. Just meet at the Gulfport Recreation Center at 6 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 24. The trolley leaves at 6:30 p.m.
Get out your pumpkin costumes and witches hat and see if your furry friend will strut their stuff! Enter "man's best friend" in the annual Doggie Halloween Party and Costume Contest. The event is free and winners will recieve prizes. Come out on Wednesday, Oct. 26 from 6:30 - 9:30 in the Art Village Courtyard on Beach Blvd. The contest starts at 7:30 with catergorie as follows: small dogs, medium dogs ( 20 to 40 lbs) and large dogs. Don't worry moms and dads, there will be drink specials from T & Me Tea Company and Yummy's Casual Cafe during the event.
10th Annual Halloween Costume Ball
Swing Time! presents a one-of-a-kind tradition at the Gulfport Casino Ballroom on Wednesday, Oct. 26 starting at 7 p.m. Put on your best costume and swing dance to Halloween beats. Learn the Shim Sham from 7 - 8 p.m. with special zombie styling. Then enter in the costume parade and contest for your chance to win cash and prizes. Categories include: Best, Scariest, Hottest, Funniest, Swingiest and Most Original.
This free family-friendly event features a costume contest for children and their family, carnival games and a haunted house. Come out to the Gulfport Recreation Center on Monday, Oct. 31 from 7 - 9 p.m. The Haunted Snack Shack will feature pizza, ice cream, popcorn and "potion". The costume contest begins at 7:30 p.m.
Hull Street Haunted Trail
Experience pure terror at this year’s Hull Street Haunted Trail on Monday, Oct 31. The Haunt is our treat and is free, but feel free to bring a canned good or small donation to help feed our hungry souls.
