Jail Bookings Report: August 15 - 21
The following people were arrested between August 15 and August 21. The information is provided by the Gulfport Police Department and the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office.
August 15
Kyle Bradley Kramer, 19, of St. Pete Beach, was arrested by Gulfport Police on the following charges: DUI, Possession of Controlled Substance- Xanax and Possession of Marijuana. DUI is a misdemeanor charge, the other two are felonies. Kramer posted $10,500 bail (for all three charges) on August 15th.

Steven J. Harris, 54, of St. Petersburg, was arrested by Gulfport Police on the following charges: Resisting an officer with violence, Tresspassing in structure or conveyance, and Failure to Appear for a DUI charge. Resisting an officer with violance is a felony, the other two charges are misdemeanors. Harris posted $4,463 bail (for all three charges) on August 17th.
August 18

James E. Pushies, 42, of Gulfport, was arrested by Gulfport Police on the charge of Felony Batter (Domestic Related). Pushies posted $2,500 bail on August 20th.
August 19
Sheena Lee Bertrand, 27, of Largo, was arrested by Gulfport Police on the following charges: forgery bank bills, checks, drafts, promisary note and uttering forged bills, checks, drafts, notes. Both charges are felonies. Bertrand posted $4,000 bail on August 19th. Bertrand was listed as one of the people on the Gulfport Police Department's Most Wanted List online.
Catherine Dowd, 39, of St. Petersburg, was arrested by Gulfport Police on the charge of lewd and lascivious behavior, which is a misdemeanor. Dowd was released from jail on August 19th.
Beth M. Miller, 32, of Tampa, was arrested by Gulfport Police on the charge of lewd and lascivious behavior, which is a misdemeanor. Miller was released from jail on August 20th.
Anthony T. Okuma, 38, of Gulfport, was arrested by Gulfport Police on the following charges: expired tag and driving while license suspended or revoked, both misdemeanors. Okuma posted $1,250 bail on August 19th.
Franklin Theophilus Page, 33, of St. Petersburg, was arrested by Gulfport Police on the charge of trespassing in structure or conveyance, which is a misdemeanor. Page was released on August 19th.
August 21
Donna Sue Glisson, 56, of Gulfport, was arrested by Gulfport Police on the charge of disorderly intoxication - disturbance, which is a misdemeanor. Glisson was released on August 21st.
Franklin Theophilus Page, 33, of St. Petersburg, was arrested by Gulfport Police on the charge of sleeping in public. Page was released on August 21st.
