August 22

Craig Franklin Devonshire, 27, a transient, was arrested by Gulfport Police on the charge of Failure to Appear Possession of Marijuana, a misdemeanor. Bail is set at $2,013.00.

August 23

Robert L. Ford, 63, of St. Petersburg, was arrested by Gulfport Police on the charge of Trespassing Property Other Than Structure/Convey Communication, a misdemeanor. Bail is set at $150.

August 24

Philip A. Thomas, 43, of Clearwater, was arrested by Gulfport Police on the charge of Grand Theft, a felony. Thomas posted $5,000 bail and was released on August 24th. 

August 25 

Richard Harvey Johnson, 49, of Gulfport, was arrested by Gulfport Police on the charge of DWLSR (driving while license suspended or revoked), Leaving Scene of Crash W/Inj and Putnam#090220FD Writ of Attachment Prg$1000. All three are misdemeanors. Johnson posted bail $10,000 bail and was released on August 27th.

Andre Duran Pryor, 33, of St. Petersburg, was arrested by Gulfport Police on the charge of VOP Domestic Battery, a misdemeanor. Pryor was released on August 25th.

August 26

Carlton Albert Bailey, 31, of Gulfport, was arrested by Gulfport Police on the charge of Aggravated Battery (Pregnant Female), which is a felony charge. Bailey was released on August 27.

Ricky Gordon Daignault, 28, of Gulfport, was arrested by Gulfport Police on the charge of Battery- Domestic, which is a misdemeanor. Daignault was released on August 26th.

Franklin Theophil Page, 33, of St. Petersburg, was arrested by Gulfport Police on the charge of Sleeping in Public, a misdemeanor. Page was released on August 26th.

August 27

Zaynus Clifford Crawford, 18, of Gulfport, was arrested by Gulfport Police on the charges of Capital Sexual Battery and three charges of Lewd and Lascivious Molestation. Police say there were five sexual encounters between Zaynus Clifford Crawford, 18, and the 9-year-old victim. Crawford is being held without bail in Pinellas County Jail.

Kirk Alan Vail, 56, of Gulfport, was arrested by Gulfport Police on the charge of DUI, a misdemeanor. Vail was released on August 27th.

August 28

Mark A. Scrimshaw, 27, of Gulfport, was arrested by Gulfport Police on the charge of Battery Upon A Spouse, a misdemeanor. Scrimshaw was released on August 28th.
