August 8

William Ray McRoberts, 54, of Gulfport was arrested by Gulfport Police on the charge of burglary with assault or battery, which is a felony. McRoberts posted $50,000 bail on August 11th.

Ashley Marie Sisson, 24, of Gulfport, was arrested by Gulfport Police on the charge of battery domestic, which is a misdemeanor. Sisson was released on August 9th.

Dustin Charles Whitington, 22, of Gulfport, was arrested by Gulfport Police on the charge of DUI, which is a misdemeanor. Whitington posted $500 bail on August 8th.

August 11

Christopher Michael Smith, 37, of St. Petersburg, was arrested by Gulfport Police on the following charges: Dealing in Stolen Property, Dealing in Stolen Property, Grand Theft, False Verification of Ownership, False Verification of Ownership, Failure to Appear for Driving while License Suspended or Revoked and False Verification of Ownership. All of the charges are felonies except FTA DWLSR. Bail is set at $45,513 total for all charges.

Jason Scott Ware, 27, of St. Petersburg, was arrested by Gulfport Police on the following charges: Driving While License Suspended or Revoked and DUI. Ware posted $10,000 bail (total for both charges).

August 14

Terry Lynn Cook, 42, of St. Petersburg, was arrested by Gulfport Police on the charge of DUI. Bail is set at $500.

Tina L. Damos, 43, of Gulfport, was arrested by Gulfport Police on the charges of battery on firefighter/paramedic and resisting an officer with violence. Both charges are felonies. Damos posted $2,000 bail for both charges.

Linda M. Rizzo, 69, of Gulfport, was arrested by Gulfport Police on the charges of: Obtaining property in return for a worthless check, draft, or money order and Failure to Appear for Obtaining Property in Return for a worthless check, draft, or money order.
