Jail Bookings Report: July 11 - 17
The following people were arrested between July 11 and July 17. The information is provided by the Gulfport Police Department and the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office.
July 13
Michael Shane Burnett, 39, of St. Petersburg, was arrested by Gulfport police for a felony charge of grand theft. Burnett allegedly took more than $1,000 from his employer, Advance Auto Parts, on Monday, July 11th. Burnet bailed out on $5,000 and was released on July 14, 2011.
Mark Alan Huntley, 47, of St. Petersburg, was arrested by Gulfport police for possession of cocaine and possession of paraphernalia. The first charge is a felony, the second is a misdemeanor. Huntley was released from jail on 7/13/2011.

July 16
Nelson Garcia, 56, of Gulfport, was arrested by Gulfport police for sexual battery, false imprisonment and violation of parol DUI. All three charges are felonies. Bail is set at $15,000 for the first two charges.

July 17
Alan Drew Danks, 28, of Gulfport, was arrested by Gulfport police for grand theft and burglary of an unoccupied dwelling. Both charges are felonies. Danks allegedly stole small furniture items, tools, a BBQ grill, fire pit, laundry detergent and bathroom supplies from a Gulfport home. Danks told a Gulfport Police Officer, he took the items because they were outside in an alley and he thought they were "garbage". He then admitted that he went into the residence because the doors were unlocked, but said he never took anything because "there was never anything to take." Bail is set at $15,000.
Elizabeth Teplitsky, 26, of St. Petersburg, was arrested for a misdemeanor charge of disorderly intoxication in a public place. Teplitsky bailed out on $100 and was released on July 17, 2011.
