Monday, September 26
Anthony Todd Okuma, 38, of St. Petersburg, was arrested by Gulfport Police on the charges of DWLSR Felony (fourth Offense) and Expired Tag, a misdemeanor charge. Okuma posted $5,250 bail for both charges and was released on 9/26/2011.

Felix E. Belcher, 44, of St. Petersburg, was arrested by Gulfport Police on the felony charge of DWLSR (third offense). Belcher posted $5,000 bail and was released on 9/30/11.
