St. Petersburg, November, 8, 2014 – Gallery 909 is pleased to present INDIGENOUS, a selection of paintings by Gulfport resident Cora Marshall. The exhibit showcases Marshall’s works that were inspired by Native American and African cultures and includes new paintings from her Shadow Catcher medicine woman series. Marshall’s paintings will be on view November 8 through December 7, 2014 with an opening reception November 8, 2014 from 5 PM to 9 PM during the St. Petersburg Second Saturday ArtWalk. Cora Marshall is a Washington, DC native who comes to the area by way of Connecticut. She has exhibited both internationally and nationally.
