Palms of Pasadena Hospital is about to have a new owner. Tampa Bay Business Journal reports that HCA has signed a contract to buy the South Pasadena hospital and two Hillsborough County hospitals.The three hospitals – Palms of Pasadena, Memorial Hospital of Tampa and Town &amp; Country of Tampa – will become part of HCA West Florida.Palms of Pasadena is a 307-bed hospital. The three hospitals are currently owned by Iasis.
