The Senior Center hosted it's 2nd Annual Card and Game Party to raise money for the Gulfport Multipurpose Senior Center Foundation and wellness programs.

Classic board games and cards like Scrabble, Canasta and Bridge lured about 50 people to the Gulfport Senior Center on Wednesday, Aug. 31.

The Gulfport Senior Center's 2nd Annual Card and Game Party was a hit. The event was a fundraiser for the Gulfport Multipurpose Senior Center Foundation, Inc. to raise money for the health and wellness programs offered at the center.

A $10 admission ticket bought two hours of cards and games and an hour of lunch with sandwiches and desserts. There were also door prizes and an opportunity raffle for participants.
