Photo Gallery: Preview of 'The Constant Wife'

The Gulfport Community Players present "The Constant Wife" at the Catherine Hickman Theater. The play begins tonight in Gulfport. Are you going?

I had the pleasure of attending the play The Constant Wife during the "family and friends" night on Wednesday, Nov. 2.

Don and Helene Spencer came out to see their son Chris Spencer as Bentley. "I like the subtle humor," Helene said.

Director Olga Kruse says the play was considered "sensational" in it's time. The play takes place in England in 1927, but the jokes and references to men, women and marriage resonate in the theater, no matter what decade it is.
