May 30

   * Edward Jay Baur, 50, of St. Pete Beach, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of violation of pretrial release. Baur posted $2,500 bail.

   * Ronald Dean Rush, 50, of Gulfport, was arrested on a felony charge of violation of parole, DUI 3rd conviction.  

June 1

   * Cordale Demon Smith, 32, of St. Petersburg, was arrested on three felony charges and two misdemeanor charges: possession of marijuana, fleeing and eluding (felony), possession of drug paraphernalia (misdemeanor), driving with a suspended or revoked license (misdemeanor), fleeing and eluding a law enforcement officer (felony) and felony possession of marijuana. Smith posted $20,400 bail.

June 2

   * Kevin Joseph Moore, 55, of Gulfport, was arrested on a felony charge of driving with a suspended or revoked license suspended, third offense. Moore posted $5,000 bail.

June 4

    * Dale Wendel Miller, 34, of St. Petersburg, was arrested for three felony charges: driving with a suspended or revoked license, third offense; violation of parole, possession of cocaine with intent to sell, manufacture or deliver; and violation of parole, possession of cocaine. Bail is set at $5,000 for driving with a suspended or revoked license, third offense.
