Gulfport was full of wagging tails as the annual pet street festival filled Beach Boulevard this past Saturday, February 23. Thousands of people came to the event and some found new friends in the form of animals during the day. "It's not just a pet. It becomes part of your family," said Alexis Huzzard of Rugaz Rescue.
