Arrest in Crash That Killed Two: The Pinellas County Sheriff's Office arrested Daniel Dalton Dolcater on Tuesday for two counts of DUI Manslaughter, one count of Aggravated Fleeing and Eluding, and one count of Driving While License Suspended Causing Death. Officials say 20-year-old Daniel Dolcater was seen racing or chasing a minivan when he lost control and crashed into a car on St. Pete Beach.
