• McDowell Housing Partners Closes Financing and Starts Construction on 120-Unit Ekos at Bayonet Point II Senior Community in Pasco County (multifamilybiz.com) — A major new 120-unit senior apartment building is now under construction on McDowell Way in Hudson, expanding the Ekos at Bayonet Point community near HCA Florida Bayonet Point Hospital. Aimed at affordable, age-restricted housing with green features and shared amenities, the project is part of a three-phase plan that will ultimately bring 360 income-restricted homes to Pasco County by 2028.
