• Two from Lehigh Acres among trio charged with trap robbing in Monroe County (wgcu.org) — Key Colony Beach police joined state and federal wildlife officers in arresting three men accused of repeatedly robbing commercial lobster traps in nearby Keys waters. Investigators say surveillance near Cudjoe and Johnston keys showed the suspects pulling traps that didn't match their vessel's markings, leading to dozens of felony and misdemeanor charges tied to alleged trap molestation and improper identification.
