200 Cats, Chickens, Ducks Found Living In FL Mobile Home: Sheriff
More than 200 animals were found living with two women in a Polk County mobile home, the sheriff's office said.
FROSTPROOF, FL — More than 200 animals were found living with two women in a Frostproof mobile home on Thursday, according to a Polk County Sheriff’s Office news release.
There were about 100 cats and at least 100 chickens and ducks at the home in this “hoarding case,” Sheriff Grady Judd said in a video statement.
The agency’s Animal Cruelty Investigations Unit is investigating.
