Missing Lakeland Woman Found Safe: Police

A 65-year-old woman who went missing from her Lakeland home on Saturday evening has been found safe, said police.

LAKELAND, FL — Ilet Naomi Dixon, 65, was found safe on Monday and is back home, said the Lakeland Police Department.

A 65-year-old Lakeland woman went missing on Saturday at 6 p.m. in the Grasslands Boulevard area, said Lakeland Police Department.

Ilet Naomi Dixon was last seen wearing a floral dress, said police

Dixon does live with mental health issues, and this is not her first time wandering away from home, said authorities.

Detectives describe Dixon as five-feet-seven and weighs 155 pounds.
