A Lakeland automotive restyling center is using its design machines to create shielded masks for Polk County health-care workers.

LAKELAND, FL — A local automotive center honors Polk County health-care workers with reusable face masks. Tunes-N-Tint builds shielded faces masks with the shop's design machines, laser cutters and custom parts, according to a press release. They distribute these to health-care workers for free.

"We appreciate our heroes in scrubs, and we want to take care of them, the way they are taking care of all of us," said team member Angela Cassity.
