Florida Lottery Announces Its Latest Gold Rush Game Winner From Davenport
A Polk County man turned a trip into Publix into a winning visit when the Florida Lottery's Gold Rush scratch-off game made him rich.

DAVENPORT, FL — Davenport's newest millionaire is Michael Martens, 41, who won a million dollars in the Gold Rush Limited Scratch-Off game Tuesday, the Florida Lottery said.
Marten's spent $20 on the game at Publix, 8301 Champions Gate Boulevard, Davenport. He chose to receive his winnings as a one-time, Lump-sum payment of $795,000. The retailer will receive a $2,000 bonus commission for selling the winning scratch-off ticket.
The Lottery's $20 scratch-off game, Gold Rush Limited, features 32 top prizes of $5 million and 100 prizes of $1 million! Additionally, this ticket is filled with over 33,000 prizes of $1,000 to $100,000!
