Davenport Man Charged With Rape, Impersonating Police Officer
The Haines City Police Department has arrested a 37-year-old man accused of impersonating a Davenport Police officer and raping a woman.

HAINES CITY, FL -- The Haines City Police Department has arrested a 37-year-old man accused of impersonating a Davenport Police officer and then raping a woman repeatedly in her home.
According to Haines City Police, Erubiel Ojeda of Davenport is accused of visiting the woman's home on several occasions and forcing her to have sex with him.
The woman, an undocumented immigrant, said she was afraid to report the rapes because he said he was a police officer and had ties with Immigration and Customs Enforcement. She was convinced because he had a badge, gun and police lights on his 2002 Cadillac Escalade, according to police reports.
