FL 'America's Most Wanted' Suspect's Daughters Turn Him In: Report
"Of all the places he could've gone, Lakeland was the wrong one," Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd said.
LAKELAND, FL — An "America's Most Wanted" suspect, with warrants for sexual battery of a child, is now behind bars after his daughters tipped off Polk County authorities to his location, per a media report.
Polk Sheriff Grady Judd said Monday that 51-year-old Davie Albarran was featured on the FOX show in December 2022 and was wanted on suspicion of sexual battery of a child under 12 and lewd conduct with a child under 12. Warrants against Albarran were secured by the Osceola County Sheriff's Office.
Judd also accused Albarran of not paying child support in Orange County.

"We normally don't give up who the tipsters are, but since they've outed themselves, then we don't mind confirming that," Judd said to Good Day Orlando, per Fox 35.
Judd said Albarran was found around midnight Sunday in a Country Haven Drive backyard. Albarran was accused of then lying about his name to authorities.
"Of all the places he could've gone, Lakeland was the wrong one," Judd said in his morning briefing.
Polk County Jail records show Albarran remained incarcerated Tuesday.
