Lakeland Police Foundation Honoring Fallen Heroes

Residents who want to honor a loved one who was lost in the line of duty can make a donation to the foundation for a personalized brick.

LAKELAND, FL — Fallen officers in Polk County are being remembered by the Lakeland Police Foundation's commemorative brick sales for the Lakeland Police Fallen Heroes Memorial, a news release said.

Community member and businesses can purchase a memorial brick until Dec. 1. The personalized bricks will be part of the permanent foundation at the entrance of the police memorial site.e

Bricks are available for a minimum donation of $100.00. Each personalized paver allows for three lines of engraving, with 20 characters per line. Orders can be placed at https://lakelandpolicefoundation.com/memorial-bricks. All donations are tax-deductible and proceeds from the brick donations will go to the perpetual care of the Lakeland Police Fallen Heroes Memorial, officials said. The Lakeland Police Fallen Heroes Memorial is located at the entrance of the police station, 219 North Massachusetts Avenue.
