Lakeland Police Foundation Honoring Fallen Heroes
Residents who want to honor a loved one who was lost in the line of duty can make a donation to the foundation for a personalized brick.
LAKELAND, FL — Fallen officers in Polk County are being remembered by the Lakeland Police Foundation's commemorative brick sales for the Lakeland Police Fallen Heroes Memorial, a news release said.
Community member and businesses can purchase a memorial brick until Dec. 1. The personalized bricks will be part of the permanent foundation at the entrance of the police memorial site.e
Bricks are available for a minimum donation of $100.00. Each personalized paver allows for three lines of engraving, with 20 characters per line. Orders can be placed at https://lakelandpolicefoundation.com/memorial-bricks. All donations are tax-deductible and proceeds from the brick donations will go to the perpetual care of the Lakeland Police Fallen Heroes Memorial, officials said.
