Legoland Adds More Than 200 Hand Sanitizer Stations For Reopening
Big Storm Brewing — with locations in Clearwater, Odessa and Cape Coral — provided around 120 gallons of hand sanitizer to Legoland.

WINTER HAVEN, FL — While some Floridians may have hoped for a reopening of Legoland just in time for Memorial Day weekend, a news release stated the attraction does not have a reopening date chosen yet. However, the park is working on implementing safety measures to decrease the chances of visitors catching the coronavirus when it does reopen.
Legoland has added more than 200 hand sanitizing stations throughout the attraction. In preparation for its reopening, Legoland received about 120 gallons of hand sanitizer from locally owned Big Storm Brewing Co., which started producing hand sanitizer in March.
“Nothing is as important as the health and safety of our guests and employees,” said Legoland Florida Resort General Manager Rex Jackson. "We are continuing to develop and enact an extensive plan for how we work and play in light of COVID-19, including information to our guests in advance of their arrival, new welcoming and attractions procedures, and kid-friendly health and safety signage throughout the park. When the time is right, we’ll be ready to play again."
