Man Accused Of Luring Polk Teen To Arizona To Be Sex Slave

A 30-year-old Tuscon, Arizona, man has been charged with attempting to lure a Winter Haven teen girl to Arizona to become his "sex slave."

POLK COUNTY, FL – A 30-year-old Tuscon, Arizona, man has been charged with attempting to lure a Winter Haven 13-year-old girl to Arizona to become his “sex slave and other stuff.”

Polk County Sheriff’s Office undercover computer crimes detectives flew to Tuscon to serve a warrant on Kevin Dock who is accused of soliciting the teen online, sending her pornographic images of himself, video chatting with her and soliciting her to perform sex acts.

Detectives say Dock also gave her directions on how to buy a bus ticket to come to Arizona.

According to the affidavit, the victim's parents contacted the Polk Sheriff’s Office on July 30 to report their daughter missing from their Winter Haven home. Deputies responded and discovered Greyhound bus tickets in the child's room with the name "Kevin Dock" on them. The tickets were for a July 31 departure from Winter Haven and an Aug. 2 arrival in Tuscon.

The victim returned home that afternoon and told her parents and deputies that she was leaving home to go see a "friend in Arizona." She told them the friend's name was Kevin Dock and that she met him online.

Dock met the girl through the Roleplay.Me website and their conversations continued using Google's Hangouts app.

Detectives found nude images Dock sent of himself on the victim’s cellphone. He reportedly convinced the victim to send him nude photos of herself as well. Detectives also recovered online conversations that contained graphic sexual language.

Posing as the victim, detectives began chatting with Dock, gathering enough evidence to issue a warrant for his arrest.

Polk detectives then reached out to the Tuscon Police Department for assistance in locating Dock, and flew to Arizona to interview him.

Tuscon Police were already familiar with Dock. They had an open investigation on him after discovering child pornography on electronic devices during a search of his home.

Dock will be extradited to Polk County to face the charges before facing charges in Arizona.

He is charged with one count traveling to meet after using a computer to lure, five counts of direct/promote sexual performance by a child, five counts of using a computer to seduce, solicit or lure a child, one count of lewd battery and one count of transmitting material harmful to a child. All are felony charges.

"We say it over and over and over - if you prey upon a child in our county, we will arrest you,” said Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd. “We don't care where you live, who you are or what you do for a living. And parents need to be all up in their child's business, protecting them from online predators like this one. Fortunately, this young girl didn't actually make it to Arizona - but she was victimized nonetheless, and the suspect will answer for it."
