Man Records Under 9-Year-Old Girl's Dress: Haines City Police
Police arrested a 41-year-old Winter Haven man who was seen on camera at Walmart recording underneath a girl's dress.

HAINES CITY, FL —A 41-year-old Winter Haven man was arrested on July 9 after he attempted to record under a 9-year-old's dress at Walmart in Haines City, a police news release said.
Levi Jonathan was charged with video voyeurism. Police said that surveillance footage showed him follow the girl, and when her mother turned away from her, Jonathan knelt down and attempted to film underneath her dress with a phone.
Jonathan left the store when he saw that the girl's mother noticed what he was doing. She reported the incident to police, and their investigation led them to the Winter Haven home of Jonathan, located in the 600 block of Avenue I Northwest, where he was arrested.

The Haines City Police Department said they retrieved electronic devices from Jonathan's home.
"While this is the first time he's being criminal charged for recording young girls, I can say unequivocally, given my experience, that this is not his only victim," Chief Jim Elensky said in a news release. "I applaud our detectives for doing a thorough investigation. Equally as important, I commend the girl's mother for speaking up for her daughter. I encourage parents everywhere to report this time of behavior. If you see something, you need to say something."
