Police Seek Help Identifying Winter Haven Walmart Thieves

Winter Haven Police are searching for three people with a child in tow who stole a number of high-priced items from Walmart.

WINTER HAVEN, FL – Winter Haven Police are searching for three people with a child in tow who stole a number of high-priced items from Walmart.

According to the Winter Haven Police Department, on Monday, Jan. 8, three people accompanied by a small child entered the Walmart at 7450 Cypress Gardens Blvd. through the garden center and began loading their shopping carts with sound bars from the electronics department.

Then, while the man in the group took the child back to their black Chevy Impala in the parking lot near the automotive department, the two women proceeded to steal an additional $1,068 worth of electronic toys. They left the store through the automotive section without paying for the electronics in their carts.

A customer waiting for auto service thought their behavior was suspicious and alerted an employee but the car was gone by the time security personnel reached the parking lot.
