Rapping Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd Goes Viral
At a press conference announcing 32 people were charged in a drug bust, the sheriff donned a gold chain and made up some rap lyrics.

WINTER HAVEN, FL —Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd has gone viral after he donned a gold chain and briefly rapped during a Thursday press conference announcing that 32 had been charged, and 29 arrested, in a 16-month illegal drug investigation.
The investigation called "Operation Bell Gang Blues," - apparently named after a rap group that included some of those arrested - centered around the Lake Wales area. The operation yielded dozens of arrests, the seizure of approximately $283,820 illegal drugs, $88,000 in cash and $89,000 in jewelry.
During the press conference, Judd mentioned that a few of those arrested were rappers. He then held up photos of two men and, in a video now making its way around the internet, said:

According to News Channel 8 in Tampa, Judd is known for making colorful remarks about the criminals his deputies catch. In 2019, the station reported that Bartow rapper Stephon Girard even made up a rap song about the sheriff called "Ducking Grady Judd," which tells the story of Polk County criminals running from Judd's deputies.
