Teen Tells Polk Deputies He Wants To Be 'Next School Shooter'
Polk County deputies have arrested a 13-year-old Kissimmee teen who threatened to kill a teenager in Polk County.

DAVENPORT, FL – Polk County deputies have arrested a 13-year-old Kissimmee teen who threatened to kill a teenager in Polk County and said he wanted to be “the next school shooter.”
Ceasar Lopez was found passed out drunk in Davenport Saturday, March 24, and taken to the Heart of Florida Hospital where he told deputies he drank an entire bottle of liquor he took from his parents and took a bunch of “happy pills.”
He told deputies he wanted to shoot up Westside K-8 School in Osceola County because he wanted to kill the kids that “snitched on him” and got him expelled from the school. He also said he wanted to kill a Polk County teens who attends the school.

The sheriff’s office said Lopez was expelled from the school last month for making threats against students. Osceola County deputies also took him into custody under the Baker Act for putting threats to kill in writing.
He told Polk County deputies that he had a gun buried in his neighbor’s back yard, however, deputies did not find a gun.

They did find photos of the Parkland shooter and the Columbine High School massacre on Lopez’ PlayStation.
Lopez was taken into custody by Polk County deputies under the Baker Act and charged with aggravated stalking.
“This is the kind of kid that if we don't take seriously - if he goes to a mall, a church, a school - you would be looking back and saying 'How many more signs did we need?'" said Sheriff Grady Judd.
Judd said he hopes the teen receives the mental health treatment he needs but his first priority is to protect the public.
“We cannot allow anyone of any age to get away with criminal threats to kill, especially when they are aimed toward schoolchildren,” he said.
