Winter Haven Police Arrest Teens Who Stole Gun From Parked Car

WINTER HAVEN, FL -- Winter Haven Police have arrested two juveniles who were seen burglarizing a car parked at Spring Lake Square.

Police say a gun was taken during the burglary.

On Monday, March 28 at 12:25 p.m., a witness spotted two teens walking between cars in the parking lot at the Cobb Theatre located in Spring Lake Square, 920 Havendale Blvd., Winter Haven.

The witness saw the teens open the doors of a car and begin rifling through it. The teens then ran toward U.S. 17.

The witness was able to photograph the teens. Surveillance video also caught the teens walking through the parking lot.

As a result, the teens were identified and arrested Wednesday afternoon.
