Let's start the Steak Blog with The Longhorn Steak House Dardin Franchises.

I have a bone to pick here with this style of Restaurant.

Not saying that Dardin Restaurants are all bad or anything like that.

Red Lobster & Olive Garden are in the good category for trying to work with what you've been given to work with.

Then there is Longhorn Steak House.
Not a big fan of almost everything being Ala cart'e. (Ruby Tuesday is guilty of this and so is TGIF, but I am getting off review,)
L.S.H. is the subject today.

First thing I noticed, the Guest Greeter could care less. No direct eye contact and seemed quite angry that we bothered her.

Bad for first impressions.

It went sideways from there. :(

The server must have been who she was mad at.

That behavior seemed to be prevalent through out

the evening for the staff.

Uncomfortable.

Now, why we went there. The food...

Cutting it down to a size that fits here,

I will just say prepare to wait for your meal,
and have limited expectations.

The portions, surprisingly small when it finally arrived,
were prepared well, but again, most everything there was an
add on and the steak was frilly,

with a crab filling that was sort-of-crab
if you know what I mean,

but really small.

Bottom line, pricey for what they present,
and you can do better by a LONG shot.
