Amber Alert Canceled For Florida Girl

The Florida Department of Law Enforcement has canceled an Amber Alert for a 5-year-old girl.

DUNELLON, FL β€” Update May 2, 2017: The Florida Department of Law Enforcement has canceled the Amber Alert issued for Alexandria Green. She was found safe in Missouri, according to several media outlets.

Earlier: The Florida Department of Law Enforcement has issued an Amber Alert for a missing 5-year-old girl from Dunnellon.

According to the agency, Alexandria Green was last seen in the 10000 block of 186th Ave. S.W. in Dunnellon on April 29. FDLE issued the Amber Alert Tuesday afternoon, May 2.

Alexandria was last seen wearing dark-colored shorts, possibly blue or black in color; an orange T-shirt with the wording β€œMac and Cheese” on it; and flip flops. Alexandria is described as standing 3-foot-11. She weighs an estimated 70 pounds, and has brown hair and hazel eyes.

Authorities say Alexandria may be in the company of Alan Green, 55. Green is 6-foot-3 and weighs an estimated 220 pounds. He has balding brown hair and blue eyes. Green and Alexandria may also be in the company of Mechealine Mazakis, 47. She is described as standing 5-foot-9. Further information about her is not yet available.

Alan Green, authorities say, has a tattoo on his left bicep and on the left side of his chest.

They may be traveling in a blue 2014 Scion XB with Florida tag AMLC10.

Anyone who sees Alexandria, Alan Green or Mazakis is asked to call the Marion County Sheriff’s Office at 352-732-9111 or call 911.
