• Remembering Bill Rasmussen (thedepauw.com) — Longtime Land O' Lakes resident Bill Rasmussen, co-founder of ESPN, has died at 93 after a battle with Parkinson's disease, leaving a major legacy in sports broadcasting. The DePauw University graduate built ESPN from a small startup into a global sports network and later became an advocate for Parkinson's research, remembered fondly by colleagues and family.
